Ride Strong

I love to ride! Since coming to New Zealand from Canada to join the RPM choreography team in February I have being enjoying all parts of New Zealand on my bike! From Auckland to Queenstown to Rotorua – see picture below - this country is provides fantastic weather and terrain to ride!

Riding outside really provides me with experiences that I can bring into my RPM classes to create an atmosphere of excitement and education! From climbing mountains in Rotorua to riding headwinds along the shores of Auckland, outdoor riding makes me not only a stronger cyclist but also a better coach by understanding cycling and its elements! As an instructor for the best indoor cycling program in the world, I recommend getting outside to ride!

If you have any pictures of you riding outside, send them through!

Hey Dan

Congrats on your big new role with LMI! We're all so proud of you back here in Canada, and can't wait to see you at Can-Fit-Pro Toronto this August! I tried ot email you but it bounced back - I've lost your current email. Drop me a line sometime!

It's great to see a Canuck on the RPM LMI development / education team. Just one tiny problem with the photo... Sir Dan, where is the Canadian maple leaf? (Big smile!)

Congratulations from the RPM team in Québec...

Hi Dan,
It's so great to see the authentic cycling experience brought to RPM. I have been incorperating my mountain and road racing experience into my class from the start. It seems to encourage my participants to push their limits. I love to help them feel like athletes not just class participants. I explain to them that RPM would give even the highly trained cyclist a work out. I also love to tell them that the bike is the great equalizer. It doesn't care if you have 5% body fat or 30%. There is a place or everyone on a bike. Would love to send photos as requested but I am not sure how to do it on this site.
Look forward to riding with you at Bodyplex in
Atlanta. We have some killer riding within an hour of where the quartery will be held,
Would love to show it off if you guys have the time.
