Welcome to Kia Kaha – the Les Mills web log that will bring our top people closer to the huge ‘global family’ of Les Mills trainers, instructors and class members. The Les Mills team will be posting frequent news on anything and everything of interest, ranging from updates on their global travels to workshops and convention to reports on new friendships, ideas for their new warm-up track. Whatever.
Some of the posts will be serious - others not so. But we do promise there’ll be lots to talk about, including plenty of behind the scenes stuff. The guys will also be posting photos and video clips so you can see what they are up to.
So who will you be hearing from? Well, all our program choreographers: Mike, Jackie, Mark, Lisa, Gandalf, Dan and Rach and Dan and Glen will be posting. We’ll also hear from guys like our other International Master Trainers Steve Renata, Pete Manuel and Emma Barry and international presenters like Susan Tolj and Mark Sinclair.
