Les Mills Kia Kaha

Off To Portland

Off to Portland, Oregon tomorrow for another quarterly and the guys are really looking forward to another great workshop. This is hard work but worth every minute for the response we’re getting from some amazing US instructors.

Check out these pics from Atlanta (thanks Tiffany Ferguson!) and these ones from Dallas (Marci Skelton – you rock!) love the haka pics.

Our guys just love bringing this slice of Kiwi culture to the States and especially because it ties in so well with Les Mills – “haka” is a Maori word that means “to ignite the breath” and that says so much about what we do. Steve’s the expert and he’s pointed out this link for anyone who wants to know a bit more about the traditional Maori challenge.

We are fix'in to (as we say here in TX) get Combat. I getting soo excited for that. Rach and Dan you guys rock and are so inspiring. I want to beable to teach just like you some day. Loved every bit of release 24. The entire event was AWESOME. All the trainers are GREAT and I am so motivated now to be the best instructor possible.

Would love to see you all here in Abilene at our club someday.

I really needed to add to my previous comment!

I did not fully explain how the Dallas work shop inspired me.

First off Susan I need to tell you You are so AMAZING!
I really loved Combat, but was so amazed with all the other programs too.

Step..What can I say.. I loved, loved, loved, loved all of it!! So many great performances. You all moved so smoothly. It was amazing!

Pump was TOUGH, but HOT. I especially loved the topless guys on stage! Alls I can say is WOW!

I missed RPM, but the members of our awesome team said it ROCKED. Here in Abilene I must say we have some top notch RPM instructors that really set the tone to "Rock Concert on Wheels." Our classes are always loud and extremly FUN.

Combat. As I said in my last comment I loved it. I totally am hooked. Dan and Rach are awesome. I am so looking forward to launching it here!!

Flow. I love Flow and currently teach it. I must say I was pretty whiped out from all the other classes, but the Flow at the end got me centered, focused and relaxed. Great challenges! I can not wait to teach 29. I love 28 and all the past releases. I must say it just keeps getting better!

Les Mills ROCKS. All the programs just keep going up and up.

Can not wait til August. I am inspired now to be the best instructor possible.

We want to set a high Bar here in Abilene. I personally think we have the best team of instructors around.

Rocking Rpm, Pump, Step and Flow. Making memorable experience for everyone and getting people to classes they not normally go to. Performance is the key and we do a great job there.

Would love you you and the rest of the team to come check us out someday!!!

Hats off to you all!!!!!

The steam is still rising from the blast you gave us in Atlanta! The quarterly and GFM were so energizing. We still can't beleive you took the time to teach several guest classes at our club, Dunwoody Body Works! Rachael and Dan--you are incredible! Thanks for the sneak preview of Body Jam. No wonder people drove from Tennessee to experience it! We counted 75 people in the class--everyone Jammin!! And BC was so intense, we are still sweating. I can't tell you what a boost you gave all of us. You already inspired us, now you've moved us with your thoughtfulness and generosity. Hope you guys made it back before your visa ran out.
