Did you know we have a handout for pregnant women who want to do BODYBALANCE classes? It’s called “Pregnancy Exercise Guide – How to Modify This Class During Your Pregnancy”. The handout covers track modifications in detail and gives the ‘golden rules’. Women can get a copy from their instructor and instructors – you can access it by having your club manager download it from the eClub.
