Les Mills Kia Kaha

Visiting For The Filming

Kia Ora,

Just a quick line to share my great experience I just had in Auckland. I left rainy Orange County, California two weeks ago for my twelve-hour flight to the heart of Les Mills. Having a bunch of butterflies flying around in my belly, I must say that it has been worth every nervous second.

I have had a great time filming the latest releases of BODYCOMBAT 27 with Dan and Rach and BODYBALANCE/FLOW 32 with Jackie, Anita and Dave. It has been really fun to see how things work behind the scenes for filming the DVDs filming and also be a part of the two presenter teams. A definite bonus has been to hook up again with a big part of the Baypoint Gang - the original Les Mills North America 2005 re-launch team of Alani, Bevan, Susan and Steve. I have also been lucky with the weather having lots of sunshine, which I understand is a rarity here in NZ ;-)

Heading back to the US tomorrow. I’m going to miss everyone over here but I am looking forward to rejoining the US training team for the new quarterly workshop round. Here’s a picture of Dan and I in the reception at Les Mills International.

Josef.

I can not wait to see you in BodyCombat 27 and also Flow. I love both programs and think you are an awesome trainer. Remember you were one of the trainers at our club training us on Combat. Loved every grouling minute of it. Then seeing you at the quarterly in TX was amazing. You are so inspiring. I wish I could see you at the quarterly in Dec in the big state of TX, but unfortunately it was sold-out pretty fast :(.

Thanks for all that you do.

Congratulations yoosef

I'm sure you fit right into the crew in NZ. Great to see someone with passion and talent work their way onto the video. Not that everyone else on the videos don't have talent. It's just I know you. If you forget who I am you can just call me Drink B*tch from the Virginia Boot Camp.

Welcome back to the US

Hi Josef,

It was an absolute pleasure working with you, Rach, and Christy this past weekend in Austin, TX. You are a "rockstar" in Combat and Flow and seeing you in your element is truly unforgettable. Thanks for sharing your Auckland pictures. I know you enjoyed your filming and teaching experience while you were there. How beautiful!! Can't wait to see the videos.
Enjoy your time in Sweden with your family. We will miss you!

Hi Josef,
I just did my first BODYCOMBAT® solo training last weekend, and it went great! My biggest challenge was holding back on all the great new knowledge that I learned with Kylie when she was here doing the BodyJam training.
I also just received my advance copy of BODYCOMBAT® 27. Congrats, you did a great job. So did you get a flava of NZ? Georgia, in Toronto has kept me posted on your where-abouts. I would love to join you all at a Quarterly in the US, in the coming months.
Great Job again with #27!
Regards...Norma.
