USA BODYATTACK Round Up

Hey ya'all,

Well we are now back home in little old "kiwi land" after 6 weeks on the road!  We have come back to warmth!  Its summer here - how cold is it there?

Our trip was full of exciting and wonderful memories - we had a bunch of fun! One sticking in my mind was our 1st visit to Krispy Kream doughnuts!  Jan, David and Amanda (trainers - see photo) took us there. They told the man that this was our 1st visit and next thing we knew we had hats and 4 dozen free HOT doughnuts in our hands! (Now that was a taste experience! - I have not stopped thinking about them ever since).

The people that we met over the 6 week period were amazing.  Its so good to see that BODYATTACK will be safe in hands of the Americans! The modules and the quarterlies that we took were just fantastic. You guys are just so passionate. Don't ever stop!

From Momentum Fitness in Pennsylvania - Leighann and team! The Bricks in Baltimore - love those crabs! To Laurie and Robertson's team at Golds Gym in Virginia to Megans Body Plex team - thanks for the washing machine, their fantastic organisation & team work! And finally to the Lifestyle Family Fitness, Melissa and her team in Tampa, Florida!

Special thanks to our NJ friends - Angel, Tara, Rodney, Matt and Bridget! Keepin it real in the Big Apple! Not to forget the fantastic BODYATTACK trainers that we worked with, Laura, Darren and Amanda - Thanks for everything!  Jan, Laura and David we will see you in February!

For those of you that have done the BEEP test - the record well..................159!  Leo in Virginia took the title!  AMAZING FITNESS!

No doubt our paths will cross - thanks again everyone - your the best!  Come downunder and visit anytime - we would love to see you all again.

Most importantly thanks to Lorissa, Betsy & Julie for helping us so much!  Making sure that we got where we needed to be.

Glen and Sarah,

You are deeply missed here in Tampa. I'm glad you had a chance to experience Krispy Kream. Glen, you just couldn't stop talking about it. Thanks for giving the USA your time, energy and passion. We have taken everything into our hearts and soon to be, action. I need to go now to practice my "Glen Arms".;)

Thanks for making the trek to Virginia. The quarterly was amazing. The entire LM team and host facility worked hard to put on a great workshop.

Could someone explain the BEEP test...? I must have missed something? It was an action packed quarterly, very enjoyable!

I wish you all a Merry Christmas, Happy Holiday, and prosperous New Year.

You guys are the "bomb" what a superior team you make and what an impact on the people here in Tampa Florida. We miss you and we will always remember the fun we had in attack training. Sarah: I want those shorts...where and when can we get them.
Take care and hopefully we can come to the wedding.

We had a wonderful time here in Tampa, Florida getting to know the entire Les Mills Team. You will forever be in my thoughts.
I wish you both all the best with your wedding plans!

I am thinking we should hold a "national" Krispy Kreme day in memory of the two of you:)

My boys, Matthew and Josh also say hi! Matthew is ready to get on the plane to be with you Sarah. He has a new love for watching the RPM videos!

Have a wonderful Christmas,
Melissa

OH team you bring tears to my eyes! (and you have me pinching my waistline after traveling around with those somehow never dissappearing 4 boxes of donuts..haha)"does anybody want a crispy creme?" We completely miss you and wish you a wonderful warm holiday season! Next time.. I'm coming to you. I look forward to a country where they don't add cheese and sugar to all of their entrees.

Love you guys!

Glen And Sarah-
Thank you so much for the amazing training that you did for us here in the U.S, I was at Brick bodies in Maryland and had such an amazing time. As a new instructor, this class is exactly what I wanted to get started with. our training to get ready for launch has been a blast, I only hope that we can teach it to out members half as amazing as you did! Glad to hear that you are back safely to NZ, wish I was there!!
Thanks again!
