Les Mills Kia Kaha

USA Quarterly Workshops

Kia Ora USA! Awesome quarterlies last weekend in Fort Worth and Baltimore and more to come this Saturday with a huge day lined up at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. It’s the first-ever quarterly run by the new Les Mills South East team and I’ll be there for the action, along with Les Mills master trainers Susan Tolj, Kylie Gates and “rockstars” from the US national training team.

Look out for great new classes and education sessions that’ll help you pack classes at your gym. And check out the great range of branded clothing our new US supplier is bringing to the gig.

As the saying goes, you’re either in or in the way! Don’t miss out. Lets get together in Orlando and turn it up!

Stay pumped.

I'm throwin' my hat in the ring with the rest of the cats at the B-More Qrtly - it was slammin!  It's a MUST for any team that wants to jump up to the bar that you guys keep lofted high - and yet attainable through hard work and passionate determination.  That's the Les Mills way that we all love and support with our blood, sweat, and yup - a few single tears:o)

Thanks for the incredibly life-changing, world-rocking GFM on Friday, Steve..it was an honor and a pleasure to meet you and to come away with my head spinning..I feel a fresh challenge coming on!

Keep on rockin' the house with the rest of the gang - we'll be rockin' Pennsylvania in your absence:)

Representing LM South Central, the quarterly in Fort Worth was a blast! I can't wait to wear my new clothes, but most importantly, I can't wait to teach the new releases! So to Kendall, Brent, Amanda, Josef, Derith, Norm, Stephan, Karen and Brooke: Amazing job you guys! You were truly inspiring...

...despite a few musical mishaps. ;) (Which you all handled beautifully if I might say.)

Just wanted to add a note on the Ft. Worth quarterly-the venue was great, the people so friendly and accomodating......especially to one of the few instructors who came from somewhere besides TEXAS!!

It was my first workshop, but certainly not my last!! Every instructor should do this at least once a year.....what a great way to revive and re energize what we already love so much. It's great to meet other instructors from across the country, as well as the master trainers and presenters from Les Mills. They all did an awesome job....even when there were technical difficulties with music or mic's, they didn't miss a beat.........it shows us too that those kinds of things happen to even the best of us!!

Thanks also to Lou Goldfader from Les Mills sales and to Anjala from Les Mills Clothing New Zealand for spending so much time with all of us.

I enjoyed all the classes but I had a blast trying out Body Jam!! I can't wait to do it again!!
