Les Mills Kia Kaha

ROCKING THE U.S.A.

Wow! This round of U.S. quarterlies is unbelieveable! Yours truly kicked off with a couple of great gigs in Omaha and Indeanapolis for Les Mills Midwest and then hooked up with the team at South Central for an unforgettable day at the Franco’s Gym in New Orleans. Around 250 pumped-up instructors just giving it 110 per cent in a fantastic facility. Thanks to Sandy Franco and Robert Dyer and your teams for raising the bar yet again and making this a truly memorable event. Don Murphy knows all about great quarterlies (he just ran one for Les Mills Northeast!) and he reckons this was one of the best ever. Check out the pix – this shot shows left to right Rodney, Don (he couldn’t resist coming down to join the BODYCOMBAT team), Josef, Joella, Robert, Brooke, Jan and Dave, me and Brent. Click here to see all the pics from the day, (including roommates Josef and Don hamming it up).

Next stop San Francisco this weekend and then the grand finale in the windy city next Sunday. Bring ‘em on.

Kia Kaha!!

This definitely deserved the name "Super" Quarterly! Of all of the workshops down here in the South, this one was one of the best so far. Awesome set-up, great music/sound control and, as always, AMAZING presenters! Thanks to everyone for being so inspirational, and making me want to push my teaching that much further. I only hope I can instill the motivation in my participants that all of you guys instill in us!!

Turn it up!

From: the little girl from Texas who always finds a way to make it to EVERY quarterly...hehe...

I am so looking forward to the day trip (from FL) to Chicago - to see the LMI team.

You've got to "Be There".

904's in the house!
