Les Mills Kia Kaha

HELLO RPM'ers

Kia ora from New Zealand! The RPM team is fresh off of filming RPM 34 that encompassed great music, great coaching and a great international crowd full of RPM instructors and IMT's. We cant wait for you to get this release! We have been told its one of the best ever!

As well recently, the RPM team rode for the 2nd year in a row the amazing K2 Bike Race in the stunning Coromandel Peninsula. The weather was perfect and the ride well kinda desperate!

I rode the 100K and Glen and Sarah the 200K. A huge congratulations Glen who bettered his time by 30 minutes over last year and to Sarah who finished 4th in the Women's Elite Category. For the first 100k's she was hot on the tail of the Danish Rider who won the Women's Tour de France! Way to go Sarah! Look for Sarah to be doing some damage in the Pro circuit in the upcoming years! A true testimony that RPM and its training benefits can transfer to the outdoor riding world!

Looking forward to the 1/4erlies in Sweden, Finland,Norway and Portland, USA in the upcoming weeks so I hope to see all you RPM'ers in those areas soon!

Cheers
Dan

CONGRATULATIONS TEAM RPM!!  Couldn't wait to hear the results!!  You are all inspiring as you walk the walk (or ride the ride!)

No question in my mind that this program delivers results for cyclists.  Keep it up - we in the US are looking forward to the latest from the team!

It always cranks my peddles to hear you guys getting out there and doing it on the road or dirt.  It takes courage and determination to instruct full on, like you guys do, whilst training on the roads and putting your fitness up there on the line.  Look forward to the day when we cross bike paths!

Cheers

Hey Dan!

You and your team made rpm to the best "Indoor-Cycling"-workout we ever had!
Great music, unbelievable results that EVERY participant can reach by the intervals and coaching-cues which get all the matters of rpm across to EVERYONE.

Thank u 4 that and KEEP IT UP!!!

Hi Cyclists!

Wow, what a superb performance by Sarah and Glen! But Dan, what was your time on the century?
The latest RPM is really, really cool. I love it as much as RPM 29!
When will you be visiting Holland for the quarterlies? I'd love to visit one of your classes ;)

Cheers from Holland
