BODYVIVE™ BOOTCAMPS

Getting a new program up and running is a big deal but if our first BODYVIVE™ trainers are any guide, it’s going to take off like a rocket! I haven’t seen people so excited about a program for a long, long time.

So far we have run three trainer bootcamps – one in Europe, one in the USA and the one pictured here in Australia. And without exception, the trainers  are bursting to get this new offering into clubs and start changing lives.

Technically, the trainers are finding the three-day BODYVIVE™ module to be intensive - with lots to learn about the application of the cardio fitness, functional strength and core and restore elements. They exist in our other programs but we’re applying them in a completely different way in BODYVIVE™ to suit a different group of participants.

By far the biggest buzz is coming from the Day 3  launch rehearsal class called “BODYVIVE™ live” , which in some cases has had trainers actually teaching club members and sharing their enjoyment of this incredible mix of music, exercise and social community.

BODYVIVE™ is a joy to be part of and it’s going to take the world by storm in 2007!

Big thanks to all the great trainers who have come to the first of our camps. The Aussie team in the picture are:

Seated on Floor : Gayle Brimble

1st Seated Row: Left to Right
Yvonne Thomas, Matt Sadler, Dione Ware, Maureen Baker, Garry Hart, Marina Digby, Sharyn Humphries

2nd Row from Bottom:
Maria Albanese, Kristy Delore, Sharyn Sue See, Sharyn Zrna

Top (Standing) Row:
Donna France, Sally Dollas, Jackie Woodward, Donna Ellerton

No doubt about Maureen!  Les Mills has once again proven themselves to be world class!!!!  The program is fantastic; the bootcamp was an absolutely incredible experience and the US trainer team is chomping at the bit to start sharing BODYVIVE with the world!!!  Thanks for the great experience.

Smiles.
