INSTRUCTOR FEEDBACK WANTED IN 2007

Happy New Year pumpers and may ‘07 bring you an abundance of health, wealth and happiness – and plenty of great Les Mills classes!

We are just back from a great holiday in the Kiwi sunshine and putting the final touches to a great new release. BODYPUMP 62 has got great music and more than the usual dose of innovations. It will also be great to have Petter Ehrnvall from Sweden on the filming team, along with Emma, Susan and yours truly. Getting trainers from other countries on the DVD is a great way to showcase our international stars and Petter is one of the best.

We’re also getting great feedback from instructors on the last round of classes and anyone who hasn’t had their say should do so asap. Instructors can simply go to www.lesmills.com/blah (it stands for “be loud and heard”) and let us know what they think about everything, including music, choreography and the education sessions and what their participants thought about the class.

It only takes a few minutes to give us your feedback and we need to know the stuff if we are going to stay on our game.

Ciao for now everyone!

Glen

Congratulations to Petter on joining the filming team!
He has been an inspiration to us norwegians since Norway was joint with Les Mills Baltic (Sweden) in june-06. We'll all be looking forward to seeing you on the screen Petter! It's been to long since a scandinavian was on a BP release, but I still remember Nic on release 49.

Looking forward to yet another great release from you guys!

Susan; met you in Sweden for Super Saturday. You are an even greater source of inspiration in real life! You are no. 1 girlfriend!

Hey there!

Excellent idea, blah! It really help us to expose all our thoughts on the classes...
And about BP, it's coming out greater and greater every time! Congrats!
By the way, I'm a huge fan of you, Glen, on BP, BA or RPM, I think you're awesome! ;)

Our members and instructors love the new challenges you have included in the choreography.  When they saw the MAC Raise it was a great surprise in release 58.  In Body Pump 60 by adding the option of lunging from the step and the two targets on the deadrows (to the belly button and above) it's the unexpected for the longtime BodyPumper's.  You have done a great job with all the programs at keeping them NEW for the devoted long term members and instructors by incorporating new moves and ideas.

I love the challenges that BP 60 presented to the senior pumpers. Many of our long time pumpers were shocked with the extra shot in the tricep and lunge track. The warm up combinations were a bit different. I think rather repeating deadlifts, rows perhaps a bicep combo would have been better.
