Les Mills Kia Kaha

UNBELIEVABLE BRAZIL!

Oi Tudo Bem?? (That's Portuguese for: Hey peeps! Wassup?)

Just a few days after the Sao Paulo workshop and still can’t believe it. Try and imagine the scene…

Standing on a big professional stage, with what can only be described as a swarm of 1000 or more people, shoulder to shoulder in front of you… kicking and punching and giving off so much energy... with the BEST of the BEST of BODYCOMBAT Trainers and friends by your side...

The room is completely blacked out… in front of you the first two rows of people are just standing with cameras filming you… flashes going off all the time... the lighting show being run from the balcony in front where the spectators sit is blinding you from seeing the faces after row 8 or so...

Your friends faces on stage with you, mouths wide open with elation as you turn during the first shuffle, just full of smiles and support… all you hear is the faintest voice of yourself coming from somewhere saying "scissorsssssss" as its being drowned out by the roar of the room showing their appreciation like its the Mauy Thai already...

You’ve just literally finished a BJ class 10 mins ago on the very same stage where you practically left behind a piece of your soul for all....

Your legs and arms seem un-attached to the rest of your body... but yet somehow you start the warm up with a new energy… almost like the 1000 people in front of you are filling your tank up with fuel... just by purely being there in this way…

You’ve planned it all from every detail... the position changes, the intro´s, the finales, the transitional Portuguese token verbage that is your way of trying to connect as a person to all the people in the room during the 52 mins you have the microphone…

Then you blink...

Its all over... the saying I have in mind here does not extend itself to do justice to the way I feel about my BODYCOMBAT 31 workshop yesterday…

Time did not fly.... it stopped...

And for those 52 mins of my life this far I was the luckiest lady on the planet...

LIFE CHANGING FITNESS EXPERIENCES ARE OFTEN TALKED ABOUT...

I just got served…

Um grande beijos para Brasil - Minha coracao este voces. (One big kiss for Brasil - My heart is yours.)

Hey Rach!!!

It was really amasing!

Those moments at São Paulo's Quarterlies were incredible!

The Trainers didn't believe in what they were seeing! A lot of instructors, participants and so much energy in that place!

Thanks for the WS, the latin Summit and all the great moments here in Brasil!

Beijos,

Cris
