The Japanese are among our most passionate Les Mills enthusiasts and their energy is always turned up to the max – whether they are hosting an event or visiting us here in Auckland.
70 people (members, instructors and trainers, majority of who were from Konami Sports in Tokyo) visited in two groups, each spending three fitness intensive days in the City of Sails. The groups spent a good chunk of their days attending classes at the main Les Mills club in Auckland but took some time out to visit us up at Les Mills headquarters for morning tea.
Their trip was certainly well documented with all the pics that were taken! My face hurts still from smiling for a million cameras!!
Dan, G & I had to check the road ahead was clear if we were in a rush to get anywhere - wow, we have never known anything like the level of extreme camera action these Japanese people have! I would recommend this treatment first for anyone considering a face lift!! Tee hee
Seriously, it’s great to have groups come to visit us in Auckland – whether they be members, instructors or club owners. This year we have hosted visits from Europe and Canada and we’re really looking forward to seeing a group of German representatives in November who are joining us for the 1/2008 filming. Lets hope they don’t bring us any sausages as they will get in trouble at the NZ border control…reckon they could bring that other thing they do so well…beer!!! Yummmmmmmm
