Off to Portland, Oregon tomorrow for another quarterly and the guys are really looking forward to another great workshop. This is hard work but worth every minute for the response we’re getting from some amazing US instructors.

Our guys just love bringing this slice of Kiwi culture to the States and especially because it ties in so well with Les Mills – “haka” is a Maori word that means “to ignite the breath” and that says so much about what we do. Steve’s the expert and he’s pointed out this link for anyone who wants to know a bit more about the traditional Maori challenge.

Well it's HOT in Brazil, and it's the middle of winter. Workshop classes in Citituba and Salvadore we're huge, the brazilians showing me how to mambo properly! ooohhh like that.... And my portuguese is getting better, I would try writing some now but I have trouble saying it let alone spelling it. And of course Iuri and Leo taught me all the bad words first....
Teaching at a fitness convention in Porto Alegro tomorrow and workshops this weekend in Rio de Jeneiro (!!!YEAH!!!) and Sao Paulo. But now I'm going cruising with Paulo in his Hummer....... it's like a Hip Hop Video
