    Good topic!

This is a tough one.   I'd say 27's Waiting For You by Seal.   Works the legs and butt great and the song excellent.  Its easy to cue and follow.

Feel the beat under your feet!

Tough... and it would change on my mood at that given time but this track has stood the test of time:

    Miserere (#16)

Tai chi for the balance track... genius!

can I vote for BB 30 Track one, Dido's Here with me?

Somehow I am still deeply moved by its movement.

    Got any second?

I Will Find You by Moya Brennan, 42 Tai chi warmup. Great music, so soft and elegant, you can really feel it and get very relaxed, great moves, endless moving, mmm...

This is really hard but it would be Curacion (Sunlight on Water) BB 26 track 4. First ever Balance class and was blown away by the music and the moves and thought would love to teach BB.

I'll second that!  Now I remember how beautiful and flowing the Curacion is!

Thank you for reminding this wonderful track.  I will include it in my next mix and match....

I think I would say Annie Lennox's Into the West from 27 is near perfect.

Man, this is hard. I always get chills from The Gravity of Love. Fwd bends tracks are my favourite, and I love when a Flow/Balance class ends with strong and moving music.

Re: Ultimate Les Mills Bodybalance Track

It is tough, but if I had to "build" a class, it would be:

    1. Here with Me (30) or Make a Wish (44)- both have strong movements that embrace the music

    2. Eurydice (42)

    3. God's Top Ten (34)

    4. Miserere (24)- this is like, the BODYFLOW track to experience. Daresay it's become legend Wink

    5. Streets of Philadelphia (24)- such a contemplative track

    6. I'm liking the last two- I Love to Move in Here (43) and Disco Lies (44) because they're fun and challenging

    7. Afterglow (36) or You Got the Love (35)- I just like the songs Smile

    8. Little Wonders (39)

    9. Center of the Sun (32)

    Big Smile

You have the advantage- I have releases as far back as 37. I can only request some of the older ones as a participant during class. Thankfully, our FLOW instructors have been around awhile and are very accomodating Wink
