    Hey duncanc,

I'm jealous that you guys are so ahead of us. We just released #39 3 weeks ago! I'm going to my first quarterly April 5th and will get to see #40 for the first time! I can't wait!

    Re: #40!! WOW!

My autoship delivered release 40 on Friday....WOW!!! is an understatement!  Can't wait to learn it!  And after  watching it, Milly, all I can say is that I'm very glad we trained on 39 instead of 40.  I'm glad I've got one under my belt before attempting to learn this one!

    Re: #40!! WOW!

Been teaching this release for the 4th  week, supposed to mix this week but members asked for 2 more weeks, so what could I do, they love it as much as I.  It's just so relaxing, calming and flowing in the true essence of BB/BF.

Milly and Meg, this release is so easy to learn because one move flows into the next so beautifully, it just works out perfectly and naturally.  Good Luck.

    Keep the Flow!

    Re: #40!! WOW!

I'm glad you two say this one will be easy...it is SO beautiful!  I haven't started practicing it yet, but I'm a bit worried that track 2 will throw me. I absolutely love the music on that track, but can't hear the count right away.  I can see that it moves every 8 counts, but I can't hear it in the first phrase. Now that I've read the encouragement that you two have sent, I'll try to listen with new ears. We have one more of our team members who has to complete her tape and after that, release 40 is front and center for all of us.  Can't wait to learn this one!!

     Thanks you two!

    Meg :)

    Re: #40!! WOW!

    Hey Meg,

40 is my first release since training on 39 and it sure is a nice one to follow up with. I also found track 2 difficult to time correctly. For me the trick is to hold the chest stretch at the end of each sun sal and learn exactly the point in the music where the next sun sal starts. That way, even if the timing is a wee bit wrong you can get back on track to start the next sequence. If we have trouble recognising the correct beat, surely the participants won't notice if we are a tiny bit off??

     Enjoy!!

    Re: #40!! WOW!

Try listening to the phrasing of the vocal within the music, which may help.  Use the first 8 counts to set up mountain, hold the down dog and then when the beat starts move through into the sequence.  On the last repetition it will sound like you're out of sync with the music, but if you keep to the 8-counts you will finish on track.

I have found that the opening of the balance track requires very clear cueing with the participants, (revolving star pose) so watch your choice of words on that one.

I find in this release I say very little and just let the music go!

    Re: #40!! WOW!

I can't believe there's so much time difference between all the releases...! I just had the 1/4 Feb. 23rd! We're relaunching at the club march 31st.... I LOVE #40!!! I got lucky and won a drawing, so I got to be on stage with the master trainers this time, I absolutely LOVELOVELOVE BB40, I've been practising for about 2 months already but I just still love it, and will continue to love it. This is my best release so far (though I only came in @ BB36 but oh well...) Thank you BB team!

Really? After Q2-BB41 training, now I am really looking FORWARD to the new relasese.  No more BB40.

Am I too quick to change my loved ones?

But still deeply in love with ALL BB.,

I think it's because #40 suits my personality better... #41 is quite a serious release...
