    Re: Shoes for BA

I was wearing cross trainers and wore thru them very quickly.  They are a little on the heavy side also.  When I went to my Chiropractor he recommended and local store that focused mainly on Running Shoe but they analyzed my feet and made me try on several different sneakers and watched me run jump etc...I told them about the class format and he ended up saying that the asics Gel-Cumulus 9 were the best ones for me....this could be totally different for him....I would recommend finding a store that is very well versed in shoes etc...and taking it from there...I love the sneakers and I haven't had any issues as of yet.

I found running shoes to be the best.  Make sure they don't get anything with shocks, they're not good for agility.  If you have a store near by that fits you for shoes, recommend the participants to try that out.  We have a running store that watches you run/ walk on a tredmill and puts you into shoes that are best for you.  So far I'm on my 5th pair of Brooks Adrenaline.  I get new shoes with every new release.  Hope this helps.  Good luck.
