so updates
1. achieved the front row for dirty thirty birthday, now blending in with the attack crowd and trying to improve technique
2. Finally increased pump weights, and it feels so much better, definately in tricep and squat heaven and lunge hell :D
3. Appears run london is not scheduled this year (boohoo), so started trotting outside last week and this week have shin splints HOORAH, thinking of cancelling this goal and returning to LM overdose instead
4. Having more and more fun and enjoying discovering hare core lm family is more like an epidemic, they all rock
5. Research completed regarding rpm instructor certification looking to attain kick *** cadence and perhaps shelve certification till next year
