trancendental:Don't get me wrong, just because a track has a hover doesn't make it easy per se. I just don't find a standard hover that hard.
I never implied 42 was easy. The hover spices it up just right. And you can lift one leg to make it tougher!
That particular remark was added in context of my first suggestion of tough tracks that don't include a hover. I have to say that I was really tired of all the hovers and side planks present in 60's ab tracks.
trancendental:66 ticks the box as, while still having a prolonged hover phase, the twisting portion added a much-needed intensity level.
66 is a fantastic workout. I don't like all the other twisting hover variations present in recent tracks.
trancendental:In that respect, 70 offered quite a challenge too, if optioned appropriately.
For me personally that track is on the black list. Didn't like the music nor the choreo.
