42 is phenomenal as well. It includes a hover towards the end, though.

    I'll second 42...

31 is a tough challenge - although most people will end of destroying their hip flexors in this one!

TBH, Glen has done most of the toughest ab tracks - the recent ones have all been superb!

I like the recent one in 70 # very much. The song of Kanye West.

The crunch with legs up was very original to me.  I did not find it in any of the 60s

Very efficient for abs  Big Smile

Don't get me wrong, just because a track has a hover doesn't make it easy per se. I just don't find a standard hover that hard.

Apologies to the person who suggested 56, but the static planks in that release don't really offer enough bang-for-buck. In that respect, 66 ticks the box as, while still having a prolonged hover phase, the twisting portion added a much-needed intensity level.

In that respect, 70 offered quite a challenge too, if optioned appropriately.

I never implied 42 was easy. The hover spices it up just right. And you can lift one leg to make it tougher! Wink  That particular remark was added in context of my first suggestion of tough tracks that don't include a hover. I have to say that I was really tired of all the hovers and side planks present in 60's ab tracks.

66 is a fantastic workout. I don't like all the other twisting hover variations present in recent tracks.

For me personally that track is on the black list. Didn't like the music nor the choreo.

    Thanks to all!

Tryed 66 and didn't find that hard. I think that I can't get the 50's suggested... let's see.
