Have you tried basket ball shous? I have no experions with them self, but they are good for stability, running, and jumping. I get that tip from Trainer who work in the gym. I am training buth Body Combat and Body Step my self. But find a good shou who work for both classes are wery hard. Beccous a "clean" running shou is focused on the move focoused on forwould working. A Body Combat shou need more stabillity and abillity to move side-way.
