I swear by the Lorna Jane Excel fabrics, they hide the sweat really well (as I'm also one of these people that tend to 'drip' during combat, RPM and Personal Training. Always keep my body chamois handy as well.. it works wonders :)

Same here!!! I love Lorna Jane Excel products too (sweat during Attack, RPM, Step). Brazilian material is also very good and highly recommended (which i love too!!)

    Re: Sweat

Isn't it odd how some people just don't sweat? I always get struck by awe when I look around during the cooldown track and see people whose shirt backs are completely dry, whereas my whole body is drenched with sweat. I don't get it. I tend to tell myself that I'm simply working more, but there's a lady who goes to my Attack classes and who seems to work out like crazy, yet she barely breaks a sweat. What exactly does it mean if you sweat a lot? Some people say it means you're in good shape, some state the opposite...

    Re: Sweat

Well Im one of the peeps thats dont sweat at lot, my clothes are dry but there is some sweat at the back of my neck at my hairline, but although I work my wee backside off in combat and step i just dont sweat that much, dont know why that is at all, but it just isn - its a class joke now that even if my instructor or one of my mates around me see a bead of sweat on my forehead its announced to the class, lol

I totally get that too. I'm a big sweater (no, not the type you put on when you're cold), usually I'm sweating by the start of the 2nd/3rd track, and I'm pretty fit (Combat+Attack in a row). Some people really don't sweat, and I don't know what their secret is! :P

On another note, I also swear by Lorna Jane fabric. I find it breathes well.

    Hi Wendy,

It must be due to  their metabolism. I have one of my BP fellow that don't even sweat on squats track even though his weights are quite a lot

I'm a big sweater too... I'm drenched at the end of squat tracks. not to mention the BA & BC classes.

I envy them sometimes.... lol Wink

The purpose of sweating is to cool the body.  Perhaps those of us who do it by the bucket load are just a bit more hot-blooded than the others Smile

I'm drenched by the end of the warmup, no matter what program I'm teaching. I've given up trying to control my sweat.

That makes me feel so much happier as a participant I always work up a sweat - but hey at least I'm working LOL!Big Smile

Lorna Jane is Australian brand (i could have posted the website BUT this post would need to be approved').. just type it in google and search engines will come up...its a female brand btw (can be shipped to other countries).. but yea, this is pretty good in absorbing sweat (have 3 running singlets from them!)

Yay for Lorna Jane. I'm biased because I now work for them as a store sales person, but the Excel fabric's great. We've got some new stock in, which are very similar to Nike skins or whatever they're called, but look more flattering. I'm trying so hard not to spend my entire pay in the store! Still got my first pair of LJ tights, and they're still good as new :)
