How so? (I think we're sufficiently far into distribution that you can let part of the cat out)

In any case, I'm glad to hear it. While being an interesting track in terms of the new innovations, I didn't find 71 particularly difficult.

Yes, Gail, give us some details even we know the tracklist.

Rick, BP 71 is not that 'difficult', because you are used to it now...

But the first couple classes were challenging IMO And if you add up some weights in biceps, you will see... Wink

Nah, that's not it. Short sequences of weighted crunches, reverse crunches and a static hover simply don't make for a tough track.

Lots of weighted crunches, oblique crunches and top-half pulses? Now that does.

I actually went down on weight for Biceps for the first time in a while. That track is just too quick and has too many singles to make it feasible with normal weight. Unless of course you weren't lifting enough in the first place.

Yeah, I do find oblique crunches and top half pulses harder

This abs track, I do  it also pretty easy for the first classes.

As for biceps, you should manage to do it with normal weights even if there are lots of singles. RMPfreak gave the trick and it works well. In fact, I workout more on that specific part in circuits, that may explain I manage to do it with normal weights and add a little more yesterday..
