Hi Vive!
Its 11.15am monday morning now LOL i didnt get home till 10.30pm last night and was there from 8am on wards
Pushups in the back track there was around 22 in total, including singles, 2/2 counts and 4/4 counts
Yes interactive cardio will work with small numbers - we split the room and go from one side to the other - just a simple cross over and it will work in a small room also.
Mark Nu'u is awesome - Second time ive meet him in real life and he is still as 'hot' i mean awesome lol as he is in dvds, he was lovely about taking pictures with him (alittle cheeky about it too - saying he would take donations for photos and signautres lol) But sorry to have say he was much better in step haha - i mean cute and all in vive but like hot in step haha
dance cardio - we are mambo'ing and grapevining in all directions - working on diagnonals front/back and sideways
Fitness cardio = Welcome to BODYCOMBAT ( i might add sucks if your class is mainly 70yrs+) - were talking speedballs, skipping, shuffles and a "fighting" knee which if you no combat is like a roundhouse knee - personally there will be alot of modifiying the cheorry in this track for my classes.
Tai chi - has the intense pose in it again - remaking its apperance since bodyvive 6 (she's always a woman to me) tai chi
balance and leg strength i can only describe as a mix of the track 7 in release 6 again , with the single leg squats and a mix of release 10 (ur the voice)
mac raise, (dead lifts and bent over rows with the tube slightly different) are back in bicep/shoulder track
butt track - again reminds me of release 6 (brick house) lots of alternating side steps and back steps
abs there is nothing new - moves we have seen before with bridges and leg extensions
back is where the push ups are, we have the bow and arrow move again and also back extensions
and then the lovely cooldown :)
SMILLING is OPTIONAL
QUITTING is NOT
