New Spa with large Fitness Club is looking to recruite a female fitness professional with both personal training and studio classes for the leading ladies-only club in Doha, Qatar. Club and Spa are part of a well established internationally acclaimed hotel management company and club has good team and fantastic members.
The ideal candidate will be Les Mills certified and be able to offer a large variety of classes in addition to one-on-one training and personal fitness sessions. Yoga and Pilates qualifications a plus.

Key responsibilites:
• To deliver Personal Training and Fitness classes to guests
• To provide assistance to guests participating in activities
• To provide guests with fitness equipment instruction.
• To assist with enquiries from the guests
• To contribute to the team environment
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or other related course
• 1-2 years experience in teaching group & Individual fitness classes
• Ability to implement new fitness & wellbeing programs
• Proven knowledge of fitness equipment
• Ability to relate to personnel within the Spa
• Ability to form a professional relationship with the Guest.
• Ability to motivate clients to help achieve fitness or well being goals
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and relate well with others on the job
• Flexibility regarding schedules, work schedules and training hours.
• Maintain high levels of personal fitness
• Excellent communication and people skills
