Hi. I am traveling to Amsterdam in the last weakend of October, but I wonder about where is the greatest gym and greatest instructers in the city. I am wonder there is some members who have some reccomandations. That would be great. I have get some hint about Fitness first "de Kolk" and club marnix. Is there anybody who know about this two gyms?

hi, i teach at clubmarnix and can give you a couple of free passes for classes with us if you like. have a look on our website for updates on the schedule: www.clubmarnix.nl...new schedule will be posted from the 1st august online. it shouldn't change much between then and october.

i might be biased but we have a great team and bunch of members :) our motto is fun and friendly - so the workouts are a good laugh (and of course, you get great results ;) fitness first also have nice instructors. amsterdam is a small city and the les mills instructors generally know each other well.many of us work on freelance basis so you will see the same instructors in different gyms (where they have LMI classes, of course ;)

 Thanks for the tip!!! I like your motto, it is very familiere with one of them mine mean (BodyStep/BodyAttack) instructer live up to. Always happy, always relax'd, and that give the hole class a chance to relax and only focus for the moust importent thing in this hard classes, to work out, and therafter get better resoults.
