and i am love vive more then the before now. not just me, my member them love too.

i really do love vive 7, cause my member can really feel the cardio work out,

i love this time the cardio help my member alot and the music them love it.^^

 

i am so looking forward for the vive 8.

I'm glad you are enjoying bodyvive 7!!!  I have just launched it at my gym and my people love the intense cardio in it.  However, they HATE most of the music.  The love boat theme song is just to cheesy for them.  I hope the powers that be continue with the great choreography, but loose the cheesy songs.  I can't wait to see what the next few releases bring to us!!!!!

BodyVive 8 music is better, it incoporates music from the 80s, 90s and 21st centry and then finnishes with music from the 70s. Dance cardio sounds interesting with music from Irene Cara and Fame. balance n leg strength track is to george bensons on broadway, also look out for phil collins to cool down.

Cheesy is right!  I also liked the workout, but definitley could have done without Love Boat and In the Navy.  I am also hoping for some improved music as well.

I think  7 is right up there with 5 & 6! I think the program is improving every release (I've been teaching Vive since release 1)... 7 definitely got the best score yet from me on BLAH!

 I do agree that the theme was a bit cheesey, but the Love Boat is over with in 4min, In the Navy may be pure cheese but its really suited to the track objective - Interactive Cardio is all about working together, whether it's with a partner, a small group of together as a whole class, besides after a few weeks you can mix and match with other releases, so 2 duff tracks out of 12 is good going, I can think of other programs where the music choice is much worse!!!

 Saying that though, I think 8 is going to be even better, I love the idea of a musical journey through time!

I can't wait for the video sizzler to be posted, so we can get to see some of it! 

I hope we still have classes by BV8...doing "in the Navy" with 4-5 people is not fun.
