Linzi sweatheart, the only thing that will make you larger is eating more calories than your exercise output. YOU WILL NOT GET BIGGER DOING PUMP OR EVEN WEIGHTS IN THE GYM. It's impossible, particularly for women. Let me explain...
Imagine food as bricks, resistance training as Bricklayers and your body as a wall. No matter how many bricklayers you have working away, without the bricks, the wall will not get bigger. Matter cannot create itself. Go to Bodybuilding.com. There it says a million times "you cannot get big unless you eat big" and that applies to big boofy men.
Currently in Pump. I do the following: Squat 50kgs, Chest and Back 35kgs, Arms 17-20kgs. lunges 35kg and shoulders 15kgs. In the four years I've been building up to this I've gone from 84kgs in bodyweight down to 75kgs. But again this is down to diet, with pump toning what I've got.
More importantly, you will loose girth rather than weight doing pump. Muscle is 22% less in size than the fat cells they replace.
With progressive resistance, cardio, good diet, overtime you can say goodbye to a "pear shape".
Just do it.
