They sure do, in fact they dedicate the hip opener track to them!! Very sweet!

Why did they not include the second balance track on the DVD though? That seemed odd to me.

Good question, Sam, I absolutely hate the fact that we have to read to chorrey I hate learning from chorrey I prefer to watch and do then check chorrey.  So why didn't they include the second balance track on the DVD, anybody know why?

Though I'm relishing in the thought of a double balance (loved 38) is this an "extra" track or do they flow into one another?  That's odd.....

You peeps are getting me SO excited about 41......Christmas in June!!

Surely this must have been a *** up - or perhaps the filming didn't work out. Different people leanr chorry in different ways - I rely on the DVD to get the moves - then use the notes separately - definitely need to see this done on the QW then.........

    Shirtless?

Well, as handsome as the boys may be, this is sending a very disturbing  message IMHO.

Once I see the DVD, I'll say more on that.

Right now, I am very sad that this great company, one who promotes and sell a book about about Obesity, also keep the body image myth alive. The myth being that Single digit % of body fat is the way to go.

Just to answer the questions about the 2nd balance track, it was left off the DVD because the track wasn't ready in time - but it was so good Jackie didn't want to not have it in the class.  The music flows as one track so you do need to teach both songs.

The choreo couldn't be easier though, and Jackie goes through it in the Tip on the DVD too, so I can't see anyone having any trouble learning it.

Thanks Tina for letting us know.

It certainly is a fairly straight forward track to learn based on the choreo, quite beautiful too. Like Connie though, I find it so much easier to learn from watching the DVD. I am glad I had the opportunity to do it at the QW as there really is nothing quite like seeing and doing it yourself, even when the choreo is easy.

    Re: Looking ahead to #41

I would have thought it may have been a problem with the licence / copyright of the song itself... Imagine.

Since it's such an iconic piece of music there are probably certain conditions in which it can be used, and coordinating that may have caused they delay at the time of the filming.

I'm guessing that a new recording needed to be made, instead of using the original version.

What? How does them wearing tops or not change LM stance on body image or obesity.

They aren't all of a sudden unnaturally thin just because they don't have a top on.  I think I have missed your point.

Yeap, Tina is right, I watched the Tip on the DVD, then put on the music, got it first time.  It is easy and feels really good.

    Re: Looking ahead to #41

Taiwan just done our BB41 module training yesterday.  Enjoyed it a lot!

But, Dave's totally grabbing to his *tight* pants and shirt all the time!  We even try to seduce him with our best sepecial undercover girls, he just even bother to take a look.  Darn, cannot see how Dave's naked chest.

But anyway, this new release is another Master piece.  Lots of twists, like the twisted aeroplane, for me it's like a crashing aero-plane, so hard to maintain my balance when twisting with one hand in my heart the other in my butt.  And then again the side-plank upper truck twist again.

I enjoyed the track 2 Sun Sal best.  From lunging to str8ten both legs, and alternating relaxing of heels, with sacred music, WOW!  You've got to experience yourself!

I thought BB41 with my love for all, now I am changing my minds.....

It a little thing called body image.

Working out should be first about health. Yes, for marketing reasons LMI uses the best of the best, body type wise.

Don't like it, but it's the world we live in.

When it comes to something that I am paying for, and is for educational purposes, don't really need the "image" tossed in my face.  I sort of feel the way some BODYPUMPERS did with regards to the release where the presnters had on so little clothing....

Oh, and no, no blushing violet here...

When you get over the intial shock, it's quite useful to see the activation of the core muscles especially in planks and forward folds... seeing is believing!

U R Right!  After three day's rest, when we are doing our Post Training Follow up today, I felt effortless to do it again.

As a matter of fact, I found all the side planks are so easy.  May be my muscles are now turned on and remembered its sequence?
