    ShortandFat:

The lung track will absolutely smash you, and forget what they tell you about going heavier, you do this properly and it's murder.

The tricep track is a killer as well, your arms will be shaking at the end of it no problems.

Finally the abs track is harder, after you give these a real workout, you finish with the rotator planks, its a killer

I recon it's the hardest one I've done for a while.

i just launched yesterday and have to agree with all of the above.

Still not happy with E-Type again, but the workout factor in this one is pretty high! Beware of going heavier in both leg tracks until you've taught it a few times...

you stop about 7/8's from the top, elbows bent, muscles loaded

Don't you always keep elbows bent at the top anyway?

I think that pause makes it easier and was put in to match the music more than anything else. If I had to pause at the bottom I might feel differently.

Yes your right, thats the way we are instructed to teach it......but it's never done correctly so to "push the point", you might notice on the video and even at our Melbourne master launch on the weekend, the instructors made an almost over the top point of saying keep the elbows bent more at the top and hold,.. ...more so than normal.

I don't know about the pause being easy, not for me, if I get to the top and almost lock out it's easy. but hold the bar at about 7/8's of the full push up and it's not easy at all especially after a slow 4 count rise.
