sofja:Back at my club we should get to try the new release this Sunday... Awesome!!
Any feedback Sofja?
I haven't tried it yet.
I've done most of the release 4-5 times now
Warmup - love the upper body warmup, lower body warmup is ok - don't think Kelly Clarkson music is suited to BC (my opinion)
T2 - cheesy cheesy cheesy Scooter remix of the old KISS Classic - good Chorry though
T3 - great track, great chorry
T4 - another great track with the new move 'the sweep'
T5 - very short track, just when you start to get into it - it's finished!
T6 - weird... I think this track is a bit slow? - just seems to drag a bit... other participants didn't seem to like the track either
T7 - awesome awesome awesome - pure heaven!!! this track has everything a hardcore Muay Thai fan would want
T8 - great this.... really smash your shoulders up on this one! - you will have nothing left in the tank after this!
Can't remember the Ab track, but the cooldown was good.
Overall - I think this release is fantastic... BC40 is still my favourite release, but this one is a close second!

Sob, sadly no - we had the quarterlies last weekend, but this time they weren't held in the city where I live, so the instructors will have to wait to get the materials. (Plus at the moment every BC instructor at our club has either swine flu or regular influenza. Nice.)
@ Sofja, Ohhh, too bad!
The T7 looks awsome, Nick..
What is the new move 'The Sweep'?
well it's kind of hard to explain really... I'm not an instructor so don't have the DVD or Chorry notes or anything.
you basically 'sweep' your right foot to the left in a 'sweeping' motion, then it is done with the left foot. I think it becomes part of a combo?? someone will probably be able to give a more accurate description of it...
Nick,
I quite picture the move. It must be a tough move?
