    44 Track Order?

I have all the tracks but I need the order of play.

I'm new to RPM but I can only attend twice a week to a class, I would like to go to the other classes but I can't make the time slots. I can ride on my own when there are no classes and use my iPod but I can't remember the order of the tracks. Can anyone help?  If you can't list the songs on the forums please email me at dlrondeau@mac.com

    Thanks

Which begs the question - can you remember the cadence for each track?

The forum member "pipera" is not a Les Mills Instructor, though his posts, signature and profile will falsely claim otherwise.

Since he has been economical with the truth on his profile, read the real facts here.

Kudos to you for your passion for RPM.... yea, it's that good. Yes

Keep in mind however that riding on your own will never be RPM without a trained instructor to guide you through the changes in cadence and effort. Even when I ride on my own as an instructor, practicing a new release, the essence of the program is just not there. Also any songs you download will likely not be the same "mix" as RPM. The crew in New Zealand tweak them a bit
