I just saw an infomercal on TV for a new program called "Insanity", and you know what, it is BODYATTACK!

That is crazy! I am a BODYATTACK Inst and there is nothing better than BODYATTACK!

Has anyone else seen this?

The Les MIlls Programs are the best with the best results!

It SO is!  I thought that when I heard about Insanity.  I have been telling my clients that have asked me about Insanity that it's BODYATTACK without the fun music.

You know what they say, imitation is flattery!

 

 

P90X, Insanity's counter part training program also appears to be a rip off of LMI classes as well. What can you do...

 

Without the group why would you want to do Attack..I can't imagine being in my house alone, doing Attack...yuck..

RPM is a CULTURE...

As long as you listen to your body, it is safe. Obviously you haven't seen the complete workout that offers low impact options for every high impact move. You don't have to run / jump / lunge / skate / kick... if you can't / don't want to...

That is so bad not to warrant a comment.
