    Re: give me a mix

Here's a suggestion, I have never heard so many moans and groans from being spent at the end of T7 as I do with this grouping of 5, 6 & 7:

T5 Round and Round (31) because of the quick double attack in sets 3 & 4

T6 Sweet Surrender (34) because of the hill climb in a T6

T7 Blast the Speakers (39) because of the (2) power phases at 1/1+ at high resistance

T1 thru T4 can be almost anything, but one of my favorite groupings is:

T1 American Boy (41) because I do the entire rap along with Kanye and the class loves it and gives them the mindset of it being hard but fun

T2 Love Foolosophy (27) because it's just a great track to keep the warmup going, not too hard & not too easy

T3 I Like to Move It (36) because the entire room gets vocal and the energy just builds

T4 Let Go (40) because it's a short track that's not too hard and allows my class to recover well before my 5, 6 & 7 listed above.

I'm sure you'll get many other suggestions. Good luck in finding what you're looking for.

I get in that rut often, so I created sheets I pass out to class those last few weeks before launch (when the rut usually happens)

It lists about 6-7 songs for each track # with check boxes, they check the ones they want. THEY LOVE THIS and it really make them feel like its their class

Love this idea. Hope you don't mind if I adapt it Bradley! Yes

I tried to post my document I made but its "pending moderation" which usually takes days. I can email if anyone is interested
