This week has been the week from hell - dealing with all kinds of S**t from Fatcats Fitpro! After ordering my dvds & cd online - to atleast qualify for their mesley online disssscount They didn't have BJ DVD available to order online - so i had to phone in that to be ordered & got charged £11...for it, then i awaited on my order to come by post & recieved nothing - So all hot n Bothered i was on the fone to Fitpro - who informed me that my online order  hadn't went through properly & i had to pay for it again over the fone - which i did coz i needed my materials like days ago to get started on them - 2days later i revieved them all - along with my bank statement which showed that my online payment DID go throough ASwell as me paying over the fone when they informed me that it hadn't went through - So again more fonecalls to Fitpro to show them that they double charged me, plus my order was late by 4 days AND i will have to photocopy my bank statement & sent it to them for them to refund me my Hard earned money - Ontop of all that also when i have been calling into the Fitpro offices, i get through and then its like someone picks up & puts down the reciever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How rude along with BAD customer Service   With the whole Fitpro price hike with dvd's - i will be pulling back from doing evry new release & i will definitely use my backlog of library more with my 4 pro grammes - to hell with launches.........Especially as we are limited to how much we make per class/per day/per wk teaching BTS - as opposed to teaching freestyle community classes - That's were the money is - BTS will be taking my backseat from now on.

Write a letter of complaint to Brent Hallo at Fitpro - he's the big boss. Only if more people do this will he have to take notice. Also copy in Philip Mills at LM.

I'm damned, I'm hot and I just can't stop

FitPro are shocking! I'm just lucky that my club pays for my quarterlies, dvd's and music!  There doesn't seem to be any justification or explanation for the increase...

 Every time I send and order to fitpro they either lose it or confirm they've received it and when the products don't arrive they deny they ever received it!

 
Quite often their staff are unhelpful too...

 
I also agree with what every one has been saying about the education sessions too... They are very often rushed and add very little to the education contained on the dvd's...

 
So, when everything you get from a quarterly (i.e. the masterclass and the education) can be found on the dvd, it makes no sense whatsoever to go to quarterlies...

 
I've even found the last couple of quarterlies that I've been on for certain programs the presenters have blatantly  gone blank and forgotten their choreography...
 

well three weeks after the quarts and I still have not received any of my dvd's or cd's. Today I phoned fitpro and someone picked up the phone and put it down on me 5 times! I finally spoke to someone after the 6th call. I was told that I hadn't ordered anything!!? They then informed me that my LA Fitness club had ordered everything on my account. I asked them how they got access to my private fitpro account they told me it must have been me who ordered every programme!!? Now,get this,it gets beyond ridiculous...they told me I have to go to every other instructor at my club and take their dvd's and cd's off them as I can't order anything from my account as I already have all the dvd's and cd's according to my account. so I got the GFM to phone fitpro,she told them there had been a mistake and I do not have any cd's. Fitpro told my GFM that they I have to send all the dvd's and cd's back to fitpro after I have collected them from other instructors and then they will clear my account and we all have to order again!! can you believe it....the sad thing is,I bet most of you can!!!

hey just got notice that my FP membership is up for renewal...and insurance and m2p licence ... :(

taking everything into consideration i reckon i did not break even this year!!!

unfortunately i have no option but to renew

just got me wondering do peps in others countries have to pay a membership fee to their agents for...errr? pls remind me what we get??? oh yes a magazine and the ability to buy stuff from them... 

for example why not make their publication online only...and then i can save my money!

its strange business model i reckon...what other business do you actually pay to go into their shop??? suppose they would say it keeps cost of other stuff down.

maybe LM should consider setting up their own agency in UK for just BTS. FitPro seems to be involved in too many other things such as music publishing and all other non-BTS related programmes... I assume that BTS is their biggest income earner for them

With my recent interactions with LM Baltic seemed very good and efficient and certainly good at organizing events! (super saturday).

..oh yeah i wasnt able to order last lot of CD/DVD online because outside 16 week period after training and i hadn't got my vid assessment results back yet (which took absolute ages)...so no option but to call them and order...then forced to pay non-online price because their IT system is so stupid and cant figure that i am entitled to order it.

I thought that as long as you had submitted your video you were able to buy the next release - and that you didn't have to wait for certification. Still ask one person at Fitpro a question and then ask another and you'll get two different answers........

yeah thats what i meant...their damn online ordering system didn't know i had submitted my video and therefore had to order over the phone and pay the inflated price...same went for booking the BC32 quarterly

btw i need to get my number thing for this website to make me BC instrructor but affraid to call them now lol

Have you noticed how quick and professional they are when you owe THEM money!

When I submitted my Pump Video in 2000 it took 6 months to get a result from them and I eventually received my actual certificate in November 2004! I see that they are still as professional as ever....

Just wondering if anyone went to UK QW this weekend what was numbers like. Where I am Pump seemed no different very packed. Attack was down by probably half from the last one I did there 6 months ago, and Step was very low only 3.
