Of course!!!!!   Francois you are totally invited!   and anyone else!!     I can't remember the last time I saw a guy in class ..  either way he was like 70 yrs old or something.  Then he left after track 2.     Guys here dont even do Bodypump, its almost all women.   I think I'm living in the wrong country.  Sad

It must be his first class and the first one is always tough and you have to be in pretty good shape to sustain the rythm.

    Re: BA 67

we get a few guys - not a lot tho -

I am a fan of 67 - I agree not a lot of innovation (wow! run & kick 4x's in T8 - didn't see that coming!!!) - but I think it is a good - solid - & most importantly a DO-ABLE workout.  I don't like when they try to make so hard that it seems un-doable for the average participant. -- I KNOW I KNOW use options - but the fact is a lot of Type "A" people do BA & won't do the lower options even if they should - then they get hurt & don't like the program anymore.  It isn't the program, it is the participant!

The music doesn't even bug me on 67,  (one of our instructor's hates the "orgasmic" T3 music!!)  so I give it a thumbs up all around!

    Re: BA 67

I find this release a little bit easier than 66# or maybe I improve my coordination.

However, the music choices are better than in -65#  and 66#

    Re: BA 67

Oh #66 was rough, especially with that Wild West agility track!!    Every track in 66 was tough - you never really got a breather except maybe the running track that wasn't too bad.   It was a killer workout though.  I love #66 strictly for the workout aspect.

#67 I agree is way easier ...  but I like this one for the music, you can totally zone out and get lost in the music - LOVE IT.

    Ok bring on #68!!!

I still have no clue what the 'jump for joy boys' thing was about .. but it sounds funny, so sure bring that on too!!?

    Re: BA 67

Is it just me or is the Upper Body Conditioning track just horrendously difficult? I just can't do the tricep push-ups and bomb out 1/4 of the way through the track. I'm not a weak person, but these are just killing me. I have just gone back to Attack after a long break, been doing 67 for a couple of months now with little improvement in the conditioning. Arggh.

    Re: BA 67

    Hi,

Yes, this track is very challenging. I think advanced BA participants suffer with this track
The triceps pushups are tough with the bottom halves.

But you should be fine after 3 or 4 sessions.

    Re: BA 67

There's way too many bottom half pushups. I now hate them with passion, arrrrgh! Angry

    Re: BA 67

Smile like your words 'hate them with passion'...

But now, the triceps dips in BP are easy compared to those pushups triceps.

We're gonna have steel triceps lol

I'm really drenched after this track.
