    Forward Cue-Knee Injuries?

I am just curious, if anyone else has been experiencing knee injuries since the introduction of the "forward" cue?  Do you think there is a correlatoin? We just released on October 17, 2009 and instructions and members have been experiencing some issues.  Any advice on what to tell instructors and members? Thanks

It's supposed to be a "tiny" shift forward, make sure that the knees don't go past the push point or over the toes.  I've had to double check myself to keep from shifting too far forward.

Before we actually started teaching this release, I had suggested this to some of my class members that already have knee problems and the shift forward has helped relieve some of their discomfort.

Make sure that their knees do not extend out beyond their toes. And yes, it's just a slight shift and don't forget to point the toes slightly downward. I have not yet had anyone tell me of any problems.
