in the older releases we used to do leg drills in the warm up, now they have disappeared, how come?

Great question.  Wish I knew.  But I like to do a warm up with a leg drill, especially when there are new people to RPM.  That way they get a feel for the pedal stroke.  Though, they are a lot easier than the current warm ups.

they are back in 45, slower bpm for the song too, so a lot more like the older ones.

hmmm that's weird, we pretty much do them every time!! no matter what release! you mean like "let your right/left leg relax, and push down from 12 to 6 o'clock with [whatever] leg, now focus on "pulling" from the 6 to 12 o'clock position" and with the other leg... are those the drills you mean?? and about tracking knees over toes and the likes...
"This is my body and I can do whatever I want to it. I can push it, study it, tweak it, listen to it. Everybody wants to know what I'm on... What am I on!?! I'm on my bike, busting my ass 6 hours a day. What are you on???"

Yes, thats what they mean and yes its back in 45!!! Just got home from the Q and loved it!

It has not been in a release in over a year, most have not been doing it since they follow the choreo, as they should :)
