Hi All,

I had a member request a song- she wasnt' sure of the title (or which exercise) but she said the lyrics are "Begging for Mercy". I've searched through some track lists and can't seem to find it- if anyone has any ideas- please let me know! Thanks :)

It's probably"Mercy" by Duffy? Others may know if it's a pump track.

I think that track was in Attack a few releases ago.....not in Pump.   If it is Mercy by Duffy..

I was thinking the same thing - I know it is in Attack (Agility Track I think, I only take BA-don't teach it). But I can't remember it in Pump in the last few years anyway.
