Which tracks do you learn for initial training?

I'm assuming tracks 8 and 9 are not ones that we will present in training since they're cooldown and stretch. I know in BodyPump training the master trainer always did the warmup as well. Is that the same for RPM? So does that mean we will present tracks 2-7?

     Thanks! Julie

I was in a huge training group (with two national trainers!) so we had four groups of riders and each group had a rider that had to present Track 1. It's not as easy as you might think, there is a lot of set up information that has to be given, so if someone in your group gets Track 1, they haven't gotten something easy.

I just went through initial training and Track 1 was assigned also.  We were told that was because Track 1's now have you in more positions including racing plus the initial set-up.
Don't think you can, KNOW you can!!

Makes sense, even when I went thru training (RPM 40), I could not understand why T1 was omitted, since that's when we set our form up and give new riders an overview of whats going to happen. Glad to see with this last release it's been included, and no, it's not as easy as you'd think for someone new.
