Hey there Nita!
I just did my Vive training back in July, and it is pretty intense. The chorey is relatively easy to learn, but you need to keep an eye on technique and coaching. BodyVive has much more of a safety element to it than other programs due to the demographic of people that attend Vive classes (in my opinion), so it is vital that cueing is spot-on and that correct technique is being demonstrated.
Most of all though, you just gotta have fun with it. BodyVive is up there with BodyStep in terms of sheer cheese level, so you gotta have a sense of humour as well
. If you can show that you're having fun up there, your members will too.
Don't stress too much about it, and be prepared to fizz with large amounts of energy by the end of the training
There is no such thing as 'normal' in this world!
