Yes 'Shake it', is the Metro Station song.

It sounds a little bit different but I don't remember well.

    @NZGlen :

No, i get the tracklist from a Facebook group not from your blog..

As for the abs track, I'm sure my instructor did the BEP track but she had some weird mixes (she  pick it from the Combat 48 abs track indeed).. With other classes, we did Higher in lower body conditionning and Yeah 3x for the abs track, anyway..

Re Metro Station's Shake it and the Shake it in BA73 - those 2 tracks could not sound any different. Trust me it is NOTHING like the Metro Station song. If you don't remember well my personal recommendation would be not to answer rather than give incorrect information.

As for the tracklist - mate I don't care if you copy and paste from my blog - heck I do exactly the same from my sources. All I was saying is it's funny within a couple of hours of my posting them they end up here - normally with you claiming you "found it" - all good though it's public knowledge after all!

As in the Lunge track from BP 77?

Yep. I'm so over this song. Don't like BA 73 music at all. Ick!

    Re: Bodyattack 73

    My thoughts on this one:

I love BodyAttack usually..... but a lot of the music seems to sound the same on this release. Not a lot of music contrast, depth or emotion on most songs.

Highlights for me- T1, T3 and T6 (yes, the ones you can sing)! LOVE these ones.

I love T1 but it is a popular track that everyone knows and it almost feels wasted as a warm up. I would have liked that track to have featured a little later on in the mix.

T2 and T4 - I have issues with rap at warp speed. I can't connect with it because I can't understand it. And it's hard to find lyrics for 'fitness magic' - apart from the obvious chants - and if everybody's saying it, then well, it's going to wear thin and be un-magical and unoriginal. And they're not very well known songs, which makes it even harder.

I miss my cheeky T7 in this release....more techno for agility....bummer. Loved 72's agility track so much better!

T8 is ok but still a bit of a let down - T8 should always be a stadium song but I hardly recognise this one....am I just getting old? Smile

On the plus side, the music quality, as in bass and clarity has really improved over the last few releases which I am loving!

Hopefully my members will dig this one more than I do! Might grow on me too. BodyAttack is pretty addictive.

Well, you did not read that well about what I said in the answer to dmaroun .I was saying about the track 'Only Girl' not about Metro Station and you misquote it with Metro Station.. as for Metro Station, I made a mistake, but nobody is perfect, heh!

As for the tracklist, I did not see what is wrong to share it here (in some countries like Netherlands, they already launched it.) even if it was couple of hours after you wrote it on your blog.. . I know that tracklist some weeks ago but I did not want to reveal it here soon because it's gonna get deleted..

Anyway, back to Attack 73 review..

I'm almost willing to move so that I can get my release sooner.  I won't have it for another 3 weeks.  :(

Yes, This T6 ( a different version of the Pump one) is cool so we can sing along. Smile. At least, I found a good T6 in this release. T8 was meh compared to the last release..

A sign of a good track is one that never dates; a song you could play in 3 years time and it'd still be awesome and popular, and I think for the most part this T8 will date very quickly.

Can someone remind me where BA sits on the Needscope model...it's high energy and something else....fun/sociability isn't it?

Yep exactly right. About 80 in high energy / 20 in sociability/fun

Tubinas... I completely agree about your good track analysis.

That model was one of the best tools I have seen in showing how to teach from the essence of any given program.  (Glen I'd be really interested to see you teach Pump vs Attack vs Combat.  When I get to NZ... :)!).

    TRACK 2????

    WHAT????!!!!!!!???

WHAT THE ACTUALY MOTHERF**KING PIECE OF SH*T IS THAT NONSENSE??? I

I hope Lisa Osborne gets fired for this, I really do. I will say right now I will never teach this track. NEVER. I will not launch it, I will never mention it again. It never happened. Poor Mid Thomas, she such a good presenter and they made her do that?

Its the kind of thing I would expect to see in sh'bam or Zumba not attack.
