mistake in video - 63 cooldown

I am in the process of learning 63.  Can someone please confirm that they are on the wrong side during the cooldown for the hip flexor stretch, quad stretch, and illiotibial band stretch.  I know we are supposed to mirror them, but they are incorrect.  Am I right?  I just want to teach it the correct way.  Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Nancy G.

It doesn't matter which side you are in cooldown.

Even for the certification video?  I just ask 'cause in the chorey notes it does specifically note L & R and you are supposed to teach as a mirror.  I will be shooting my video at the end of the month and don't want to do it the wrong way.

As long as you stretch both sides I doubt anyone will care (nor fail your video for it.)
Free the body. The mind will follow.

I agree with Michela002,  however if you are concerned about which side to do first go with the actual right side stretch first (that being, participant's right our left).  But as long as you stretch both sides as per your chorrey notes don't see it as an issue.

    Good luck with the video!

     Happy Pumping!

I was told it didn't matter.  But don't think the PUMP videos are reversed for learning, like Combat, for example.  Just be sure to stretch both sides out.
