Hi everyone. For some time now I've been sending out, what's felt like a 1000 emails, a word document with the Les Mills Tattoos and their 'meanings'. Some time ago this was available on the Les Mills site but then disappeared. Anyway with the help of Transcendental please see below............

Are you guys actually getting real, permenant tattoos onto your body for the programs???

Now I am worried....that to me seems a step tooo far!!

 Go for the permanent one! They look great! Mine took about 90 mins but i think it looks great. If you're into that sort of thing tho
