40 WOW I love it all
The Tai Chi Qi Gong Breath, sweeping movements are back too, T2 nice flowing music & moves, Double Trk in 3 Standing Strength 8.20mins, Hip opener, Ext Swan Pose, Double Trk in 6, Trk 7, option Back Bend Pose is back, Double Trk in 7 challenging twist as well and love the wide Leg Lift strecth.
Now I need to replay DVD, cd again & again hehehe
