J-Fizzle Jammin' for BodyJam

I was lucky enough to grab the club's copy (they get it first)...FREAKIN AWESOME....great warm-up the latin isos with such a dancy fun feel....can we say hip-hop is back, recovery is sooo smooth, club block has so much energy and good music

My first impression is like this is Jam revisited.... I think members will feel like they are very familiar but with a whole new flava....the base of moves like knock the head from 37, the five step, and the hip-hop shuffle from 34 have been given a make-over.  I think its a brilliant idea, giving familiarity but also keeping in fresh!!

 G you are amazing, I can't wait to get my own copy..

Thanks for the list. CAN'T WAIT!!! I am relatively new to Jam and so I haven't done any hip-hop mix and am looking so forward to it.

Not even joking, do the scissor leggs, touch your heel touch your toe it really is a riot....I the whole thing last night, the hip-hop is strait gangsta....and the house block at the end had my ass and lungs burnin up and I was only doing it half steam, I can't wait to really dig into this release!!!
