It's even better when a song you suggested is being used... two releases in a row!

It's probably coincidence... but I LOVE IT! Big Smile

Which is your most preferred BB/BF sequence?

After a few weeks, I kind of lost my initial zest for this BB40.  Don't know why.

Even the core-ab are now too easy even without any sweat at all.  I am getting yawning in most of my presentations.

Was it because of the music?  This time, only track two is a profound and deeper music.  All other pop songs are easy to like and easy to go.

    What do you think?

ps . Can non-Aussie goes to Sydney for the Q2 training?

Yes non-Aussie's are able to go the Sydney quarteries, I think as long as your part of Les Mills Asia Pacific it is alright!  But you have to be quick only 12 days to go.  Yippee, Bring on BB41.

Well, I tried many times to longin to LMI, but somehow I am not registered with it.  I tried to ring the Taiwan LMI office, but she referred me to the LMI Singapore Mr. Tang, Hai-Yuan (?) for details, does anyone know Mr. Tang's email?  Can anyone help?

Time is pressing, and this is kind of frustrating.

Guess my two Balance classes today can kick-in and help me to maintain my balance.

    -CC.,

ps. Is AlienROC = Connie?  I am from Taiwan, Republic Of China.  I thought now Taiwan is expanding to Alien ROC.....  hahaha..

Sorry to hear you are having problems with locating Mr Tang, can't you ring international directory to get the Singapore office and connect with him that way?? JUst a thought.

Love the spin on Ailenroc, but no it's not, I'm sure if you look at it long enough the words origins will come to you, hahaha! or will it?

Hahaha!  By the time you launch I'll be mixing for maybe 2 weeks already depending on how good a release it is might stay with it for longer, otherwise will be mixing forever until the 3 quarterly in August.

We've got some lovely tracks in BB41, including Alicia Keyes' No One and Natalie Imbruglia's Torn.

And the Sun Salutation is unlike any other T2 previously seen before! It flows into different yoga poses... Was an interesting experience.
