    zhengjie:

We've got some lovely tracks in BB41, including Alicia Keyes' No One and Natalie Imbruglia's Torn.

And the Sun Salutation is unlike any other T2 previously seen before! It flows into different yoga poses... Was an interesting experience.

More insider's tips?   Really want to know about the songs.....

We have good news and bad news. Good news is that Corey and Dave look fab with their shirts off! Bad news is that crazy French lady with that indecipherable accent is back! Get ready to hit that mute button!

Come again.  Who's the crazy Fr lady?  Was she from BB33 or elsewhere?

Now I am very eager to find out the darkside of LMI....

It's a shame you left Connie... it was SO amazing!

So many cool new moves: my fav would be the modified floating half moon... and the new vinyasa sequence is fantastic...

    Re: Looking ahead to #41

Yes, it is the lady from 33!

Connie, you left? I agree with Duncan, it was fabulous. Jackie has such an amazing presence about her. I really enjoyed it!

OMG, the core abdominal track is killer though! I can still feel it in my abs this morning! By the time I have taught it a few times I know my core strength will get a fabulous boost.

I know I am showing my newbie-ness here, but what do you mean by the vinyasa sequence? Is that the sun salutation? It was very different, I liked it but I know it is going to take me a bit longer to learn than some of the others.

Am looking forward to Grandnats interpretation!

    Re: Looking ahead to #41

Tell me if I'm wrong but vinyasa refers to the sequence of moves between the two down-dogs in the sun salutations.

I'm SO tired today... my back is a little stiff... all those side planks!

I loved the tai chi how it sweeps across then up, and then down... too cool :)

I'll probably start looking at it on the weekend after I have calmed down...

    Re: Looking ahead to #41

Did stay til the end of Sun Sals.  If they had have run to schedule would have stayed but after getting up at 5am and being there all day just got too late if I stayed to the end of Balance.

I agree the Tai Chi Warmup is absolutely beautiful, looks so graceful and flowing.   Sun Sals wow, it's long and different, looks challenging.    The Music is great, love the choice once again. Would love to have stayed but had to make my way home.

It was great to meet the person to the name, Duncan, even though it was only for a short time. Glad to hear you enjoyed the class, made the trip from Melbourne worthwhile, am I right?

    Keep the Flow!

    Re: Looking ahead to #41

There was a Vinyasa sequence in BB32 in Track 9 - it felt basically like one round from a Sun Sal.

Like the sound of what I am hearing for BB41 - but we are still 6 weeks away from the QWs so still loving 40!!

    I'm damned, I'm hot and I just can't stop

Yes there was... it was great how it book-ended the release...

But this one is extended...  it moves through Warrior 1 and 2...
