I think the decision to ban U.S. Les Mills instructors from purchasing from the NZ clothing store was abysmal and taken without any input or consideration for the American Les Mills market. Here's why:
1. In an era of global trade, why are we being forced to spend our hard-earned dollars in places where we don't want to spend them (i.e. the USA Les Mills store). Isn't this a violation of the free trade principle?
2. The variety at the USA store is terrible and it never gets any better. Take one quick look at the NZ store and compare it to the U.S. one. That's just it: there IS no comparison. Haven't we had enough of black and white clothing? Why can't the U.S. introduce more color? And why are we stuck with the same old styles over and over again?
3. What is the problem with U.S. sizing? A "medium" is like an "X-large" anywhere else in the world. I recently had to return every single top I regretfully ordered from the U.S. site because they were hanging off my shoulders and waist. Yet a "medium" top from the NZ store fit perfectly.
4. Any time I've tried to order a small or X-small from the U.S. store I've been told they are "out of stock". Their warehousing methods are atrocious.
I will NOT buy from the Les Mills U.S.A. site again. Give us back our right to spend our money how and where we want to. Are the powers that be listening????
