OK, I'm not a personal trainer although I am a seasoned gym rat/dancer... if your eating habits are reasonably healthy ( and I love chocolate too) and you are doing BJ 4-5 times a week, you're going to stay healthy. Yay!
If you are looking to change your body in some way ( tone it up, drop some pounds etc) you are going to have to tweak either your diet or your exercise plan. My suggestion is to switch out some of your Jam time with different cardio that you like, just to challenge your mind and body.
Also you might want to add a couple of strength training sessions to your week. I'm not talking about Pump. I mean get into the weight room and do some strength training circuits. I'm sure that you can find someone to help you plot out a couple of routines that will take you 30 minutes if you are efficient.
And keep jamming!
