Yes and no. I learned Body Balance since its intro to Taiwan 7 yrs, but not unitl 3 years that I was luckily to be trained as an instructor.
It was a totally different way of experiencing BB. A real life-changing one for my story.
I did not know it was so hard on stage. When I was a student down there, I always had fun, especially making fun of the wrong cues, moves, or side from instructors. Not unitl as I step food on stage, until I realize that there are so many element to control when I am leading the class. Everything can go wrong.
But of course you should not try to be a lousy BB/BF instructor. You should be an ambassdor of body power and mental will. For me, only when I feel my love too much to burst if I cannot share it out with you, then I took the initial module training.
